Just changed broadband provider after 23 years with sky and have my sky q box connected directly to the router and now have to connect my mini boxes, do I just connect them via my routers WiFi?

hi @leshayden

When your wifi is not SKY then the minis do not connect to your wifi but use a wifi generated by the main box

You will need to reset the network on the minis:

Home - Settings - Status - Network Connectionn - Scroll right & Select Network Setup

Scroll right & select Reset

Follow the Instructions to press the WPS button the main box

(Please note this Netwrk reset is not my area of expertise so if I have slightly got it wrong or need other assistance post again &hopefully someone with more expertise can advise)

Also note now you are no longer with SKY broadband it is possible that minis are too far to connect to the main box & you may need to ask for a booster
