Mini box won’t turn on

So I've tried to turn on my mini box to watch some tv. This was about 20 mins ago. Still can't get a green light. Is it an automatic update or has it potentially frozen and needs resetting... again?

Tried turning it on by pressing the power button on the mini itself?
