I can’t remember my telephone password when I ring sky

I rang sky today, gave them my name,address but when they asked for the password on my account, I can't remember it. They would not discuss anymore of my account with me without it. How can I update it please. Thanks for any help.

If you call Sky and can't remember your telephone password they should be able to confirm your identity by asking you other questions.

That's what I thought, but they just hung up instead. Very disappointing

You can't.

Usually customer services will ask alternative security questions to validate.
