Mini box will not scroll from main screen

Mini box main screen is frozen cannot scroll down or chose a Channel. When remote push the tv blinks and stays on the same screen .

caanot get out of this picture, have tried turning off and on, and reset button. May be broken as it is many years old.

Hi @Terry1958

Reset your Q box remote by pressing and holding 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
This will set it to infrared which will work all Q boxes. However the remote must be pointed directly at the Q box.

Switch your Q box back on and you then you should be able to get past frozen screen issues.

Once you get the Q box working make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
