Sky Q voice command issue

Hello,

Q voice command not responding to BBC regional channels, BBC North West, North East etc. Everything else fine. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

You have to say "bbc one northeast"

Yes, this what I do - the only result being an on screen message saying 'no results'. However, if I say 'BBC2' or 'ITV', for example it responds immediately. As I said, everything else fine, only appears to be an issue on BBC regional channels.

Working fine for me.

If I just say "BBC Northeast" like in your first post, it does not work.

(By the way, love the LV426 ref)

Hi @Alien+LV426

I have just tried saying "BBC One North East" and it immediately jumped to BBC1 NE HD.

I recommend muting the sound first and holding the remote about 30cms (12 inches) away.
