i cannot get my sky. When i hit home button my screen shrinks and moves to top left

Hi @Jules77- Have you tried a power reboot? Switch your Sky Q box at the mains plug, wait 30 seconds and then switch it back on.

Also check that the HDMI leads are fully plugged in on both ends. Loose connections can cause odd visual effects.

I've just had the same thing. It started with a lost connection to the router but other devices were still fine. Most remote buttons stopped working. The Home button shrink the screen top-left and only the Exit button brought it back. Couldn't access any other pages though so it was stuck on the last channel viewed. Did a hard reset (unplug) as advised here and it seems to have worked. First time this has happened.
