Q box has green light on but cannot get tv on. Have tried manually on tv it comes on for a nano second then goes off again

@Elsa6 Try giving your Sky Q box & TV a reboot, see if that helps. Unplug both of them, wait about 30 seconds to a minute, plug back in again & give them a few minutes to boot up.

@Elsa6 I should have mentioned not to do a reboot if you are recording or downloading anything on your Sky Q box. Wait until they are done with before attempting a reboot.
