Tv not connecting

My television upstairs keeps saying no satellite signal and wont connect. Tv downstairs no problem at all. My daughter has a disability and is freaking out cos TV in her room won't work.

hi @David475

The first thing to try is to restart your main SKY Q box :

Use the remote to place it into standby mode
Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)
Wait at least 30s
Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.

Once the main box is restarted do the same power down on your mini boxe(s).

Have no network connection. Did everything suggested and no luck. Went into network setup. Followed connect to sky broadband router and still nothing.
