Issue setting up mini box

Just had a new router, WiFi and password. Set up my tv. With mini got to sky acceptance in screen but is stuck on screen starting accessibility on sky q. Cannot enter skip or even settings. Need technical help as nothing works

This message seems to have caused a bit of a quirk so try this:

Press & hold 4 & 6 on the remote to set to Infrared only (so must have line of sight of the box)

Hopefully you can then dismiss the message

Then try re-pairing in bluetooth mode with the box by pressing & holding 1 & 3 together

If this does not work try a full remote reset by pressing & holdng 7 & 9 until the red led above the SKY logo button flashes 4 times

Then try the 1&3 to re-pair & pair with the TV
