&lt;P&gt;No you do not need to subscribe to Disney+ via SKY to use the Disney+ app on SKY Q&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I subscribe directly with Disney+ and can use the app with no problem (although I usually use the app on my TV or Firestick to get Dolby Vision etc)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you sure you entered the correct credentials that you signed up to Disney+ elsehwere&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;In which case,&amp;nbsp;I guess it is possible that software &amp;amp;/or apps are not fully up to date :&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To check &amp;amp; refresh if needed follow all the steps on this link (skipping any that are OK) - I suggest you do the refresh app either way:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-basic-checks" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-basic-checks&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Yes you should see lots of apps including iPlayer, ITVX CH4, 5, Netflix Youtube Disney+, Paramount+ &amp;amp; more&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you don't get any in the next 24 hours report back &amp;amp; we should be able to escalate to a support team who may be able help further&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
