Mini boxes stopped responding to remote control

The sky mini boxes are not responsive to instruction other than switching tv on/off and volume.
It's stuck on a blue screen ' accessibility on sky Q' and a list.

it wants me to click setting but as the remote is unresponsive I can't so therefore am stuck on this settings page.
I've tried unplugging the mini box. Makes no difference

Hi @PH74

Reset your mini remote by pressing and holding 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
This will set it to infrared which will work all Q boxes. However the remote must be pointed directly at the mini box.

Switch your mini box back on and you then you should be able to get past step the Accessibility screen.

Once you get the mini working make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Stopped working completely then, after reset and repair, managed to get everything BUT volume and mute working again. I've done the 7&9, 1&3; off at mains, unplugging, etc. but no joy. Any suggestions?
