      <title>Sky box keeps disconnecting from the wifi and has to be reset</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My sky box disconnects from the wifi every few hours and has to be reset or switched off at the wall to get it to reconnect. The problem seems to have started since we had a new router but none of our other devices are affected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Still using the Sky router, but have changed the SSID to the Mesh network.&amp;nbsp; Now have to re enter password every time I turn the sky q box on.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been having the same problem as this for a few months now. Contacted my new broadband supplier and I did a few things they said to try and then they put a 48hr watch on my broadband to see if there was any outage and, from their end, there wasn't. In this time frame Sky dropped out of "Network connection" 3 times.&lt;BR /&gt;Nearly everyday I would have to turn the router and Q box off and reboot to solve the issue, albeit a temporary solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Spoke to sky technical today and went through a lot of diagnostics with them and all they could find was my main Sky Q box was on a different standby mode to my Sky mini box? So I've changed it to match now. So, fingers crossed, this helps!? Will update in a couple of days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So a few weeks ago I spent two hours talking to (a real person, not a bot) somebody at Sky who at first made me upgrade software (lovely hour where I had to be on the phone to somebody whilst the system was updating verery slowly and every now and again I had to say "still updating") but then Sky box immediately switched off and had to put the password again. So he finally put me through to TECHNICAL HELP and an actual engineer who talked me through the process (and took over my mobile phone!). He put both Sky Q and mini q box on the same frequency and connected to the same mesh router.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;It worked and every now and again (once a month?) I still have to put in the password but it's really solved the issues. So call Technical Help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I can live with the crazy costs if its a great service but its really not. I pay for a mini box that only works 20% of the time and now the skyQ box does not connect after 2 mins of connection.
