Hi my picture on both my main box and mini box has gone really black and red picture it used to be really good but now bad .

@Cakesie100 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

rebooting your mini box

Yes I will try that now thank you it's only been since last week when I had issues with my connection but will try that now . Thank you for your advice much appreciated
