      <title>Issue with connection signals</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the last 2 weeks I have had intermittent connection on my Sky Q box with apps, catch-up etc. I reset and it goes off again soon after. I am back on them today and I have not reset settings! I have a fantastic report from EE today,&amp;nbsp; sll green, no issues with other appliances. Please advise. And I am not the only customer who has this problem..&amp;nbsp; I am connected by cable yo hub and dish is OK. Please cam you help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have never had a problem ever! Been with BT and now EE for 14 months. EE checked everything,&amp;nbsp; my laptop etc have no problems. The only thing I can do now, as it soon goes off again, mainly overnight, is boot Sky Q box at same time as re booting Hub, good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue and it keeps happening. My broadband route (BT) is fine and internet connection is perfect. Its just the Sky that I cannot connect to wifi and when it eventually happens I lose it again shortly after.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Trying to get a Sky chat was like getting rocking horse **** but I have connected the WiFi on my sky box to compatible WiFi (via the EE app) rather than the normal one and touch wood it's been ok for a few days now &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":ok_hand:"&gt;👌🏼&lt;/span&gt; Prior to this it was dropping out a few times a day.
