&lt;P&gt;Reset your mini remote by pressing&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;and holding 7 &amp;amp; 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;This will set it to infrared which will work all Q boxes. &amp;nbsp; However the remote must be pointed directly at the mini box.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then reboot the mini&lt;BR /&gt;To reboot press Standby on your mini remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.&lt;BR /&gt;Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your mini box back on at the mains.&lt;BR /&gt;Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the mini box (Amber led)&lt;BR /&gt;With the remote in infrared mode you should be able to operate the mini.&lt;BR /&gt;note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you get the mini working make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 &amp;amp; 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
