&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately I think it is just bad design that the messages&amp;nbsp; always give the impression that a new version&amp;nbsp; of software is availble when you may already have it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;a Sky adviser last week told me to update the software to try to fix a problem with my box dropping the WiFi connection, to my new EE router, it worked perfectly with the old BT one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It reports that it is on q280.000.08.00L, but according to the Sky website it should be on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Q270.000.10.09PL&lt;/FONT&gt;, which is listed at&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-software-updates," target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-software-updates,&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried twice with no success,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any suddestions&lt;/P&gt;</description>
