Slower speeds on Sky Q

Hi guys, I have just upgraded to Sky Q and I have YouFibre broaband (500 mbps). I have realised that on my tv's netflix app, after doing network check, I am getting 300mbps, however on Sky Q's netflix I am not getting anything more than 30 mbps and I'm just not sure why that is? Even a UHD movie is taking hours to download. I am getting 200-300 mbps on every other device at home, I'm just not getting the right speeds on the main Sky Q box and Sky Mini box. Any help would be much appreciated thanks.

It's because the Q's wifi is not very good.

We are wired using Supra CAT8 and still get no more than 40mbps on our 500mbps system, any ideas? We've ensured the wifi is off.

Is this for downloads? How have you got to that number? I think mine's quicker (will have to do some maths) and it's not fully hard wired.

what version box?

40Mb is still quick enough, of course.
