    <description>&lt;P&gt;We were switched from Sky+ to Sky Q on Tuesday - Sky Q plus 2 mini boxes. All worked successfully, everything great for 2 days - then today on our Sky Q minis just a message saying "Programme unavailable please check your subscription entities you..." on all channels.&lt;BR /&gt;Main Sky Q box has no issues at all - just the minis.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We can see our recordings, so the mini is definitely talking to the main box - but can't watch anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- all boxes show successful connectivity with each other&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- all show working internet and network connections (I can get to 'My Sky' to see details of my package on each one)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have tried multiple times&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- rebooting boxes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- resetting network connections&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- restarting my router&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On a previous post we can see that the issue was outdated information regarding the viewing card details - is this able to be reset/updated by Sky remotely for us as a quick fix to get everything back up and running correctly?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so frustrating after just a couple of days ....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
