Sky TV does not work on TV you may get it for an hour then it stops the source often does not give sky q yet broadband works perfectly. Really frustrated

Hi @MrsSMayne

Sky live TV works through the Satellite dish and not your broadband.

Exactly what are you saying is not working and what onscreen message are you seeing?

Sky TV will not come on. The handset doesn't work either. I have unplugged both for 20 mins then turn on but again no sky TV

Hi @MrsSMayne There is a chance that your remote has lost its pairing. Hold down 4 & 6 until the led flashes 4 times. Then make sure there is nothing between the remote and the Sky Q box (line of sight). Sky Q remotes Help.

Is the TV on the right HDMI source?

does the light on the sky box power button go green?
