Why is it that on an updated app it tells me the signature package is £26, yet when I ring for a renewing quote Cust service says it is £36.

The current list of price of Signature is £36.50 (increasing to £40.50 from April).

Any other price will be net of discount(s).

Current list price of Sky Signature is £36.50 per month @SkySucker01 .

This rises to £40.50 ftom the 1st April.

Hi @SkySucker01 £36.50 is the current list price, going up to £40.50 from 1 April 2025. Looks like they are not offering you any discounts.

Not sure where you're seeing £26 but that could well be a new customer price... (i.e. £36.50 with £10.50 discount)

Hi @SkySucker01 Sorry about the confusion, are you saying that you are currently paying £26 or are you seeing the new customer price is £26. I don't understand the relevance of an updated App?

Shame you can't post screenshot to show you, it doesn't say it is for new customers, it says signature package is £26, I am at the moment am only paying £22 for signature package.

Yes I know it is going up four pound which would make 26 pound, put when I run customer service they said it was 36 pounds and minus this minus that what would go up on the first of April, I have just been on Google looking it up and people on benefits and pensioners get discounted prices to know.

Social tariffs don't apply to TV and there's no specific OAP discount

Hi @SkySucker01 Sky TV is classed as a non-essential luxury product. Unlike broadband and telephone that attract social tariffs.

I I was on the signature package at 22 pound a month I rang sky to renew my contract with them for 24 months and they told me the cheapest they could do for me was 28 quid and it would go up for pound in a couple of weeks I have been on Google last night and found there is a company called please connect me who say they can do the signature package with the sky box q and it will be 22 pound a month our rank scale up and said this company is doing it a 22 pounds what's your best offer now they said 23 pound 50 and it will go up four pounds or 27 pound in a couple of weeks.

Please connect me.

I have just tried to put please connect me phone numbers and sky won't let me publish them up put please connect me into Google
