      <description>&lt;P&gt;So this is how Sky helps it's customers.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The reception of RTE1 is broken and scattered.&amp;nbsp; All other stations are fine.&amp;nbsp; Yes, I have unplugged it, Yes , I have cleaned the card.&amp;nbsp; Obviously problem is at Sky end.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
