Hi @Ronnie6

Check the Audio Settings in your Q box.

Home - Settings - Setup - Audio Visual.

Assuming g you are using HDMI connection try the different HDMI Audio output options.

Hi Ronnie; pleased you got the sound working on Paramount Plus. But how exactly did you do it? What setting did the trick, and did you have to restart etc? I've got the same problem with no sound on Paramount Plus (on the film 'Survive', but not on all films). I've updated the Sky Stream Apps, but it hasn't helped.

Also issue with the film Survive [no sound] on Paramount+ via sky Q box app. Every other program to date is OK.

I too have the issue of no sound when trying to watch the movie Survive via the Paramount+ app through my Sky Q box.

Seeing as a few comments here all have the same issue, can someone from Sky get involved, or perhaps this is more a Paramount+ issue?

Same here concerning the movie 'Survive'. Everything else has sound. Was looking fwd to watching some mindless crap & thought this movie would suffice. Will need to go some other bit of MLC instead. Oh well.

I also raised this issue with Paramount+ and it currently sits with their UK help team!

Would be nice for Sky to directly reach out to Paramount seeing as several people have the same issue!

Think this is defo a Paramount+ issue...because having logged in to my Paramount+ account on a PC via standard web browser, when I play the movie here it too does not have sound !!!

I have done similar, no sound on 'Survive' movie on Sky Q Paramount+ app, app on tablet and via website on PC. Definitely a Paramount+ issue.

Has said, you need to go to sound settings hdmi and change to normal, mine had the same problem but sound was set to Dolby plus..

Sorted now set to normal

Tried Survive on Paramount+ again the other day, and it's now working / playing with sound. I've changed no settings etc, so Paramount+ must have resolved the issue with this particular film.

Had no response from Paramount+ International Support (PIS) but as per previous poster, tried Survive this evening and voilà, we have sound, without changing a single setting.

Have sent a reply to PIS asking why they never responded and what they did to fix this particular movie!

I will update this thread if I ever hear anything back from them.

Hi,Have no Parliament + plus sound, emailed Parliament but nothing ,done all what it says on Google ,i have a main tv and it works perfect location in the lounge, but brand new one is a bush tv,and no sound in one other room ,tv sounds is ok,with other apps,what can I do,maybe faults with tv or Parliament plus, regards.
