    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your reply, greatly appreciated. Yeah, I thought that may be the case but I only activated Paramount+ within the last month (as I'm a new Sky customer). I called Sky customer service but the call cut off before I could get an answer. Have resubscribed (still £0 a month) - currently saying 'awaiting activation' but hopefully I don't have to set up a new Paramount+ account. Thank you again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Paramount Plus Error code 3304</title>

      <description>We are currently unable to watch paramount + as we get error "sorry but due to licensing restrictions this video isn't available in your location error code 3304". I have restarted sky q box. No joy. I have updated the software to latest version, and restarted to update. No joy. No errors detected on internet. This seems to work for some users but not me. Any ideas?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I reached out to sky support twice. I'm 8 days in waiting for their 'back office' team to contact me as apparently we have tried everything to resolve it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm guessing my IP is blocked by paramount for some reason, but it's provided by Sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can use paramount on the internet on my work vpn, but not from the sky box outside if the VPN. I did try restarting the router to get a new IP but no success. Maybe sky will phone, but at this point, I doubt it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just finished work and saw an e-mail saying I had cancelled Paramount+ (this is included with my Sky Cinema subscription) but I have done no such thing. Tried the app and it still plays. Had a look at My Products on Sky Q and says it was cancelled and I can resubscribe. Has anyone else had something like this happen?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This isn't one I've seen before. The only thing I can think of is about how Sky now provides the basic ad plan, perhaps this was a side effect of the plan changing. I assume resubscribing via Sky is still free?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
