for the last few weeks my tv (skyq) keeps turning off but I can turn on again but it is getting very fusterating. then when I try to turn on my tv it doesnt work.. so I have to unplug and leave it for a few minuits and turn back...leave for 4 minuits before trying to turn on again. This is very unsasisfactory . I think the box or the viewing card is faulty. Can I get a replacement please
