&lt;P&gt;try rebooting your router&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;then&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;reboot your main Q box ie &lt;BR /&gt;putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds &lt;BR /&gt;switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;then finally&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;reboot your mini box&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If Sky is not your broadband provider then no need to reboot your router first&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The screen reads ‘There has been a problem finding your Sky Q box on the network’.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I go through the instructions I end up at the same place. I've done this a number of times now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No joy whats so ever how can I get help or would new mini box help ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
