Although I get all the subtitles on TV and recorded programmes I can never get them on any programme on downloads. It always says subtitles unavailable on every programme

Hi @cass12

Not all On demand and Catch up has subtitles. However they are available on some content.

Look at the tile Synopsis on the content and if subtitles are available you will see a black S ina white square

Thanks but there is never an s on any downloaded programme. No subtitles on any downloaded programme

There are definitely subtitles on some on demand programmes especially those on Sky channels.

For example Today's Top Picks on the Sky Q homepage include The Equalizer, A League of Their Own and The White Lotus and all have subtitles available.
