No sky signal on my upstairs cables when I move Q main box to bedroom

SKY Q uses twin cables with a 'Wideband' feed

The cables to your bedroom would either be disconnected or if you had arranged it with SKY to older 'Universal' outputs on what is called a Hybrid LNB.

SKY Q cannot work with Universal outputs

If you need it moving permanently you could arrange for the wideband outputs to be switched over at the dish (actually the LNB - the electronic bit n the dish)
