Hi @watchdog1 I'm not sure what you mean by renew. Did you cancel it, if not it will continue until you give 31 days notice of cancellation. If you are looking for a new discounted period, your only choice is to telephone Sky.

Do you mean "restart"?

You can subscribe or re-subscribe via the MySky app or by going into My Sky > Sky Shop from the Sky Q home menu.

My subscription runs out 08/02/25 I cant manage it on line or on TV

If you are already in your cancellation period then you can call as already advised, or just wait until the 8th and then resubscribe online or via your box.

Calling will be preferable if you already have a discount you wish to maintain.

Hi @watchdog1 Your subscription will only run out if you give Sky 31 days notice of cancelling. It simply moves to a 31 rolling contract and you may lose your discounts.

Looking to get TNT sports mainly because Eurosport is ending and can only watch snooker on TNT but just want it for a month so when do I cancel so i only get charged for the month if they still do the rolling contract that is?

@matty147 you could ask if they can only put it on for the month.

I did that for the autumn rugby internationals said I only wanted it for a month and the CSA applied TNT for 1 month. I got emails confirming it had been added and an email confirming the end date
