Sky stuck on spinning wheel trying to download tv guide. No tv programmes showing and cannot change channels. However apps still work so can use Netflix etc. Have rebooted box s d reset things but problem remains. No live TV.

You have posted in the Sky Go forum, it is unclear that you are having an issue with Sky Go, can you confirm what app and/or device you are having a problem with?

Sky Q it says something about loading schedule but it never loads. I can play old sky q recordings but cannot exit once I start. Think it's as I cannot return to live tv but not sure ???

Only a minute first time didn't work. Did 10 mins and it all came back ok
