Sky mini box will not play tv shows, but will work with you tube

The mini box shows all channels and the tv screen is solid blue, the tv cycles over and over. And will not work, l am unable to record any shows and will not download, l have tried to rest mini box by disconnecting from the main power for 1 to 2 minutes but fault is still the same

@baj09411 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

reboot the mini box
