Sky Q problems

We gad a new sky Q box on Monday 10th February. Nothing but problems with it.

Can't get txt like we did with the old box.

I've recorded a programme which requires a pin to view. Says pin is incorrect, so have reset the pin. Still unable to view.

Sky channels aren't working.

No faculty to put a reminder on programmes, only record.

Any advice please?

Your pin number shoukd be the last 4 digits of the viewing card number unless you've changed it.

Which ones? Are they ones you still subscribe to?

Reminders have never been on Sky Q.

Husband used to use a lot of the txt, so very disappointed it's not available on this.

All sky channels, including subscription ones.

I've changed the pin, but still not working.

Are you trying to watch HD channels without the HD add-on?

We have free HD for 2 months
