I'm confused, I have a sky q box and I have received a card from BT saying they will be sending me a new router for the new switchover, what do I do I'm confused.

Hi @Pasty

This is nothing to do with your Q box.

I suspect you are getting a new router from BT to enable you to switch your phone service over to VOIP (voice over internet protocol).

You will however have to reconnect your Q box to connect to the new router.

By the way your existing BT router will continue to work for a long time yet so there's little point swapping it with all the wifi device fuss that is likely to entail.
