      <title>Disney+ app won't connect</title>

      <description>I cannot connect to my Disney+ app on my Sky Q box, it just stopped working and shows an error code of 1026, saying it can't connect to network. Everything else is working okay. I have unplugged my Q box to reset it but it still doesn't work, any ideas please?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Okay thank you, I have tried the steps that you have said above, last night and still nothing, though hopefully it may start back up soon, as it dies say 24hrs. It's strange how it's working on all of the other devices, just not on Sky Q. I have refreshed apps, turned off and back on and also reset but still black screen with error 1026 telling me to exit the app and try again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;everything else is working ok&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
