Sky Q download issues

issues since lat November sky box

will not down load.
parked perfect before then had fibre broadband fitted and new hub.

after 8 engineer visits broad band and tv

3 new hubs

2 new sky boxes

new ip address and viewing card all leads too.
Long conversations with TAPS changing all server settings and still nothing.
latest guy after two hrs was lost for words as he tried but could not help with working with sky for over 20 years !!!!
any update or feedback would be great getting very fed up with this now been too long to drawn out with no results or resaloutions.

We're other customers here without any access to Sky's technical support.

There was a lengthy thread a while back about DNS issues for downloads. If I find it I'll post a link.
