Home - Catch Up Tv - Channel 5

(unlike some other channels this seems to cover older On demand content as well as recent 'Catch up')

There is no My5 app on Sky Q. You can download a lot of My5 content on demand instead, or set recordings from the EPG.

Apparently the My5 app will be available on SkyQ from this month February 2025.
