    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have never knowingly subscribed to HD but have always been able to get on demand etc in HD. Maybe it was included and I didn't know ( maybe as a freebee or an offer ?) but since I renewed my contract recently it is when the problem occurred so I assume they have changed something. I will have to try and contact them but that is easier said than done.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been with sky for nearly 20 years and I recently renewed my contract ( the same package etc just at a cheaper price ) and also removed multiscreen ( as I no longer use it ) and now I have been having issues with downloading etc in HD... basically I have had to change the preferences to download in SD otherwise I can't download or get anything on demand. This has then caused everything pixilating on all downloads etc... its so frustrating.&amp;nbsp; What has caused this? HELLLLPPPPPP&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You can view your current subscriptions on your SKY Q box from My Sky section&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Alternatively if you go into Bills from there you can see the breakdown of your subscription now &amp;amp; in the past&lt;/P&gt;</description>
