    <description>I know that we have been downgraded to basic Paramount+ but I have found that as soon as the programme I am watching hits an advert break the picture freezes and I get an error message saying there is an Internet issue? Rebooting the router doesn't seem to make any difference. Anyone experienced this any ideas to resolve this issue.</description>
