      <title>No access to Discovery+</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had the same problem? &amp;nbsp;I re-signed with Sky in May this year and ever since day1 I have not been able to access discovery plus. &amp;nbsp;Despite telephone call after telephone call I have had no joy with Sky rectifying the problem. I sent a complaint 2 weeks ago, still no response, I even telephoned Discovery+ and they were unable to help. &amp;nbsp;So 6 months into my contract and I still have no Discovery+. &amp;nbsp;I don't expect a response to my complaint any more than the promised return telephone called to advise me of a solution. &amp;nbsp;My question is,what can I do? &amp;nbsp;I don't hold out any hope with Sky...........&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp; I have been through every possible solution known to man with Sky and Discovery, Sky on X, Sky Technical Team and no one can solve it.&amp;nbsp; I have been told Sky have a problem with Discovery and they are working on it.&amp;nbsp; This has been since last May 2024.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately I cannot pick up a bubble talk as i am not always on my email.&amp;nbsp; There are many things I would like to watch on Discovery+ but am unable to, is it not possible for Sky to organise independent access to Discovery+ for me?&amp;nbsp; I would really appreciate it if you have a solution.&amp;nbsp; Many thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Tom, I was advised to speak with disc+ direct and ask them to delete my account. &amp;nbsp;They have advised me to re contact you and ask to upgrade me to premium as I won't be able to access it with a standard description which I currently have. &amp;nbsp;I have the whole chat with them advising me to do this which I can send you if you would like. &amp;nbsp;Can someone get back to me please regarding this&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have the whole chat with them advising me to do this which I can send you if you would like.
