      <description>&lt;P&gt;Struggling to watch anything on Disney + for the last 5 days it keeps on pausing, cutting out &amp;amp; freezing reboot sky Q box &amp;amp; roter, but it returns a few hours later. Not sure what else I can do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I spoke with the help team at Disney+ they told me it's a common issue for Sky Qbox with smart TVs &amp;nbsp;as I didn't have this problem before I got my new tv. They did suggest that the maybe sky need to update their tech. &amp;nbsp;I had to open the Disney+ app on my tv rather than on sky Q to watch any shows. Funny enough I watched Disney+ last week on sky Q box &amp;amp; didn't have any issues. My advice would be to keep contacting sky &amp;amp; or Disney's+ if it happen again to support with trouble shooting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have had the same issue for about six months and solved it yesterday. Go to settings on the SkyQ box, select set up, then audio visual, scroll down to Judder reduction for TV apps. It was set to off on my box I turned it on and I've watched two films and six programs without issue. I hope this works for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does Sky monitor these forums?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried what was previously posted but it doe snot help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky and Disney need to talk to each other and ensure that before Sky adds any apps that they make sure that it is working. It is clearly a Sky and Di8sney plus issue as it works fine on the few smart TV's I have tried.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same for me. I also tried dropping the resolution down to HD (from 4K) and it still happens. I'm suspecting the "app" isn't efficient and using too much CPU for the box. It works fine on another smart TV.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both Sky Q box and the Smart TV in another room are directly cabled. to the router.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've just spent almost an hour to someone on the phone telling me I have a unique issue - which it clearly isn't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Disney works on iPad and smart tv but it won't work on the app within the sky environment. Constant freezing, voices with a black screen or what I'm getting now is select a programme, an ad partially plays and then it's black screen and nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He wanted to delete the app completely and have me reinstall it from the sky store - since when do you add apps to sky stream through the sky store??? &amp;nbsp;He then refused to believe that the keypad only had letters and numbers, no options for characters.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That's categorically wrong information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no app store on Sky's hardware operating systems - app availability is locked down and controlled &lt;EM&gt;entirely&lt;/EM&gt; by Sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All I can suggest is to use the Disney+ app on your smart TV. There is rarely any urgency to Sky fixing such issues and they often drag on for weeks. Not ideal, I admit, but there's little else you can do other than wait or leave.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
