No-one here can advise how Openreach (not Sky) may or may not be able to get optical cable into your property for broadband access.

Sky Q requires a satellite dish signal.

As don't want to wait another two weeks with no internet for them to say they can't install it when I done the house move on the site it went through no problem and they sent me a new conversion kit cable for the router? It's sky Q I have the now

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.

https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.

Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.

Hi @Discodavy I'm guessing that they are referring to the safety alarms. If this is the case, then it applies to all ISPs (not just Sky) on the Openreach networks. There is a stop sell on the old ptsn exchange network, with ALL providers now providing telephone delivery via the broadband router. My guess is the alarms only work on the old ptsn network. They will have to modernise those alarms soon before the switch off in the next year or so.
