      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I'm having intermittent problems which is now happening a few times a day with Q box not responding to remote control or not being visible to iPad controller when this happens the tv program identifier comes up in the bottom left hand side of tv screen but does not disappear after a few seconds it remains there. &amp;nbsp;If I switch the Q box off and on again it will all work again properly and the box will become visible again on the iPad controller, &amp;nbsp; have put new batteries in the remote and done the reset for it,the volume and on/off buttons remain working all the time. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I don't think this is a remote control problem, &amp;nbsp;I can get nowhere with the virtual assistant it just wants me to get a new remote control, any help would be appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
