    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have cancelled Sky and received the box to return the equipment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On our main box we have completed a factory reset, but our mini box wasn't working properly so have been unable to do the same on this one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are these 'wiped' on return to Sky, as the mini box will still be logged into other apps?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
