i I need a mains cable that goes into the sky q box and the plug socket in the wall, the sky it directed me here!! Apart from buying one, can sky help me does anyone know?

id recommend contacting customer services for this im not sure if there is a charge though but they will be able to advise you. Hope this helps

What happened to the cable you had?

It has fraid, I've had it for over ten years mind, so it's not as if I've had it a short time, I don't want to leave it till it causes a fire. Is that ok?👍

If it has a standard 2 pin 'figure of 8' plug going into th eback of the SKY Q box & not a small round multipin plug then SKY do not supply these generally.

These are available from many outlets including local hardware stores & online

They are available in many lengths - just look for a IEC C7 power cable or as mentioned 'figure of 8'
