On Sky Q you need Ultimate TV to get included Netflix, the basic pack (Sky Signature), does not include it.

Not to be confused with Essential TV that does include a version of Netflix and discovery+, but is for Sky Stream and Sky Glass customers.

Sky don't technically have a package called 'Entertainment.'

Confusingly, there are several names for their channel packages.

On Sky Q there's Sky Signature, Sky Ultimate TV (includes Netflix), and Sky Q Essentials.

On Sky Stream & Glass there's Sky Essential TV or Sky Ultimate TV, both of which include Netflix.

Sky's app-based streaming service NOW TV, does have a package simply called 'Entertainment', which does not include Netflix.

@Ellie_TV the base package before the Signature package was the Entertainment packge so there will still be some people on that package
