      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi , we have no sky satellite signal since the storm on 24th Jan. I can't get through to speak to an actual person and &amp;nbsp;the earliest date I could get an engineer was 21st of March . Surely you can get somebody to look at this problem earlier and am I expected to pay for a service you are not providing for 2 months !&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
