my old remote stopped working. you sent me a new one. it works fine, except for the 'source list' button. that's the one in the top right hand side. i use it to switch between cctv & dvd etc. how do i fix this?

If that's a Sky Q remote, and the other tv functions work ok, you can request a replacement from Sky.

could do. except it's brand new. only arrived this week. so i don't know if they'll let me have 2!

Have you paired it correctly witn your Sky box?

Try repairing it again and especially pair it also with your TV as described in step three here;
