      <description>&lt;P&gt;Every day we have to switch the power off and reboot. Had an engineer come out, didn't check anything just said we have to many recordings in the box. Deleted everything and no improvement. Can't talk to anyone at Sky just an AI that is useless.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
