Has anyone had this issue - our box keeps switching off and showing this message .....

No Signal

(1) HDMI 1/DVI. -C check the cable is plugged in and the setting source device are correct

(2) Select the source button below to select a connected source

(added a picture too)

the only way we get the box back on is to unplug and restart the box.
We have been on to sky loads, they have done system checks, but not found and issue, we have even had a new sky Q box and new cables.

Every morning we turn the tv on to this error message/problem and every evening whilst we are watching TV it will switch off, sometimes multiple times a night. We then have to disconnect the box and start again.

The message is from your tv, and indicates that it has lost connection with your Sky box. As you've had a replacement box and new cables, they're unlikely to be the cause.

You could try a different HDMI port at the tv. And also try toggling your Sky box's HDMI Control setting.

I'd observe that 'DVI' tends to indicate the television set is rather elderly.
