topic Still in Contract? in Sky Q

I am totally frustrated trying to find where I can verify what the position is currently on my contract with Sky. I need to know what, if any, early termination charges might be applied if I cancelled, and would the Sky Q Box be recovered by Sky. Any help would be appreciated.

@Ricardo44 You will need to speak to Sky regarding your first query as they are under no obligation to release you from your contract if your are still within your contract. As you say if they do allow you to leave your contract then there will be termination charges see the link below although the link might be out of date

As @Chodley says all Q boxes have to be returned to Sky

Thanks to those who have tried to assist. I am afraid the Contracts section in My Messages does not help. It gives me a huge 32 page generic contract document which tells me absolutely everything I need, and don't need, to know, except the start and end dates of my own contract. I see that in the Your Products section it says "Already yours" against each of the products. I am now of the opinion that this means out of contract and therefore answers my query. Thanks again.

No, it doesn't. "Already yours" indicates that element is in the subscription bundle.

It absolutely isn't referring to either ownership of hardware or minimum contract term completion.

Q television boxes are never owned by a Sky subscriber: any payment made is a fee, not a purchase price.

In some cases it appears Sky is no longer requiring return of loaned hardware, though.

OK, I was wrong! Thank you for clarifying. Perhaps then it is the very absence of contract end dates that indicates an out of contract condition?
