&lt;P&gt;Not sure how you expect either of those to be resolved 'now'.&amp;nbsp; Openreach network repair teams will be out as soon as it's safe for ladder/hoist use, and face a mammoth list of tasks from critical severity downwards, while the waiting time to get a Sky installer for dish realignment might well be considerable following two named storms in four days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have had no service of any sort since this morning. I understand there was some sort of network outage, but this is beyond that now. We are in a part of Devon where we rely on this because the mobile signal is non existent. I've had to go a couple of miles up the lane in this raging storm just to check the internet and send this message. We need better service now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
